This airline has been a mess from the start. About a month ago, Air India changed my original one stop flight into a two stop routing and basically forced me to accept it. Annoying, but at least I was still getting there the same day.
Then yesterday, they rerouted the flight again, this time through Vienna. Fine, still roughly the same arrival time, so whatever.
Today, four hours before departure, while I’m literally getting ready to leave for the airport, they just cancel the flight completely. No explanation. Nothing. And then they automatically rebook me on another flight… two days later.
How is this acceptable? Multiple forced changes and then a last minute cancellation with a 48 hour delay. Curious if anyone else has had this kind of experience recently with Air India or if I’m just incredibly unlucky.
