Spent a dreamy week in Seville and stayed at the Palacio de Villapanés think marble floors, wood paneling, rooftop views, and a spa tucked into an old Marquess' palace. It was the perfect blend of history and sleek modern comfort. Also visited the rooftop bar at EME Catedral Mercer, literally facing the world’s largest Gothic cathedral unreal views at sunset.
What surprised me most was the variety: from the luxe, celebrity-favorite Hotel Alfonso XIII to the eco-conscious Only You Hotel with macrame parasols and a pistachio tart I still dream about. Seville nails boutique luxury with Andalusian flair.
Has anyone else tried Vincci Unuk or the Mercer? Worth the splurge?
