I’ve had my fair share of underwhelming airline meals, but this one might be the worst I’ve encountered. On a KLM business class flight from Amsterdam Airport Schiphol to John F. Kennedy International Airport, the dish was presented as “Mexican sea bass,” but the quality was far below expectations.
I generally avoid writing reviews since they tend to focus on complaints, and people’s expectations can sometimes be unreasonable. However, this experience felt significant enough to warrant feedback, so I’ve shared my thoughts with KLM in as constructive and polite a manner as possible.
