While waiting for my flight at ORD, I noticed a few active-duty service members getting welcomed into the United Club. Turns out they get free access with a valid military ID and a United or United Express ticket.
Honestly thought that was a really solid gesture they even let family in if they’re on the same flight. Seats were limited, but the staff handled it respectfully. Always good to see perks like that actually being used.
