SAS still hasn’t answered my EU261 downgrade claim

Booked a roundtrip in premium economy and got shoved into economy on the return. Filed the EU261 involuntary downgrade claim about two and a half months ago and haven’t heard a thing since. I know they looked at it because they denied a separate delay claim, but this one just sits there unanswered.


Has anyone had SAS drag their feet like this on downgrade compensation? Starting to wonder if they’re just hoping I give up.
