Hi everyone,
I had to change the dates on my SAS Business Class tickets and was offered an upgrade to Business Flex.
It states that Business Flex tickets are fully refundable, but I’m unclear what that actually means in practice.
If I upgrade, would a refund include:
The original ticket fare
Any date-change fees already paid
The additional upgrade cost to Business Flex
Or would the refund only apply to a portion of the total amount based on fare rules?
My family is still finalizing travel plans, so the flexibility is appealing, but I don’t want to pay for the upgrade if the refund terms don’t apply to the full amount I’ve already spent.
Would appreciate any clarification from anyone who has dealt with this before.
