SAS app says 7:30 departure but FlightAware says 6:30… which is right?

I’m flying SAS from EWR to Tromsø and noticed something confusing.

The SAS app shows a 7:30 departure, but when I check FlightAware it lists 6:30. Now I’m second guessing everything.

This is my first international trip so I’m probably overthinking it, but which time should I trust?
