Caught one of the first flights out of the brand-new T1 at SAN this morning. $3.8B project actually finished on time and on budget. There’s even an outdoor post-security area to get fresh air (non-smoking).
Right now it’s mostly Southwest, but more gates coming in 2028 will connect T1 and T2, and Delta’s supposed to move in then too.
