SAF option missing on one booking, could ITA leg be the reason?

I am trying to forecast my XPs to see if I will requalify for Gold, and I might buy SAF on a few flights if I end up short.

All my upcoming bookings show the SAF option except one: Rome to Paris to Lomé. The first leg is operated by ITA Airways.

Does anyone know why the SAF option would not appear for that itinerary? Could it be because part of the trip is operated by ITA instead of Air France or KLM?
