I’m really confused and hoping someone has seen this before. I was sure I booked a Plus ticket and paid £62.48, which should include a small bag and a 20kg checked bag. I checked everything multiple times before paying.
On the confirmation though, it shows a £37.49 “Time Saver” charge and there’s no 20kg bag listed at all. I’ve gone back through the site trying to see what I might have clicked, but there’s nothing that matches this “Time Saver” name or price.
Priority at checkout is only £8, and the only thing I can find at a similar price is £37.49 for a 20kg checked bag, but that’s clearly labeled as such. I’ve booked Ryanair plenty of times, so this isn’t totally new to me, but I honestly can’t figure out what went wrong.
Has anyone else had this happen or know what the “Time Saver” charge actually is?
