Entering the park this morning and one of the security staff in a yellow vest was on a full power trip. She was aggressively yelling at guests to “LEARN TO FOLLOW DIRECTIONS” while pointing all over the place with zero clarity.
When I walked past, I told her there was no reason to talk to people with that tone. She got right in my face and yelled back, “WELL GUESS WHAT! I JUST DID!”
Totally unacceptable behavior, especially at Disneyland of all places. I ended up reporting it to City Hall because that kind of attitude has no place there. Imagine being that angry working a job that’s supposed to be about welcoming people.
Really disappointing start to the day.
