RTW ticket via JAL and missing Alaska/AA PNRs

Booked a oneworld RTW ticket through JAL that includes Alaska and American segments for the US portion.

After purchase, JAL only sent me their own PNR. That one works on JAL’s site, but doesn’t pull up anything on Alaska or AA.

Is there a way to see the Alaska and American PNRs online without having to call agents again? Or is calling basically the only option for RTW tickets like this?

If anyone’s been in a similar situation, would love to hear how you handled it.
