Did the Royal Gathering Tea Party on a recent Disney cruise with my daughter and something about the setup confused me.
For our table there were two groups:
My daughter and me (child ticket $250, adult $75)
Another family with 3 adults ($75 each) and 2 kids ($250 each)
I assumed each party would get their own tea tower, maybe adjusted depending on group size. Instead, the host brought two towers total for the entire table, meaning we had to share them with the other family.
It turned into a slightly awkward moment because both groups thought more food was coming. The other family was super nice and barely touched one tower so we ended up having plenty, but it still felt odd since everyone had paid separately.
Now I’m trying to understand the Disney math behind it. Do they normally serve towers per table rather than per party? Or was this a mistake?
