I’ve always wondered about the “behind the scenes” roles like this… not as obvious as cabin crew or officers.
From what I’ve heard, a lot of IT roles onboard still fall under officer/staff categories, so you usually do get some kind of uniform or at least a dress code. But it’s often more like office attire rather than full-on formal uniforms.
I’d probably bring a few business casual outfits just in case, especially for the first few days until you see what everyone else is wearing
