Tried the new ICN–SEA flight on 9/21 and it didn’t go well. Sat through 5 hours of maintenance delays before they finally canceled because of crew hours. Whole thing felt dragged out, no loudspeaker updates, just left hanging until hours later.
I love Alaska and want this route to work, but they need to tighten up communication. The only bright spot was one lady at the counter who hustled to get everyone hotel rooms. Total lifesaver.
