Rough check-in at Capital Hilton tonight

I’m a lifetime Diamond and usually check in digitally without issues, but tonight at the Capital Hilton was rough. My room wasn’t ready at 5PM, so I went to the Honors desk for help. The rep was nice, but the manager on duty snapped at me to “get in line” even after I explained what was going on. My Digital Key finally came through while we were arguing, but wow haven’t seen that kind of attitude at a Hilton before. Anyone else have issues with this property lately?
