Wanted to share this in case it helps someone else. During my stay at H10 Ocean Coral Spring, $830 USD went missing from my room safe while I was out. I reported it right away and filled out all the paperwork they asked for.
The hotel later replied in writing saying their audit showed the safe was only opened with my personal code, so they claimed there was no unauthorized access. That still doesn’t explain how the cash disappeared, and they didn’t offer any reimbursement or real resolution.
I’m posting this so people can factor it into their expectations around room security at this resort. Everything else aside, this was a really frustrating situation to deal with.
