Doing digital check-in on the Hilton app and I got a pop-up warning when I changed my estimated arrival time.
It says the room may not be available if I arrive later, but I do not really understand why that would matter if I have already selected the room in the app.
If the room is already assigned to me, what difference does it make whether I arrive at 3 PM or 10 PM?
Has anyone experienced this before or knows how Hilton handles room assignments with digital check-in?
