I work as a room attendant at a Marriott Autograph property in a major city, and I honestly can’t believe this needs to be said. Way too many guests are shitting in the shower. Not an accident. Not once. Repeatedly. In the hair catch.
We’re already short staffed like every other hotel, so I’m cleaning extra rooms and staying 3.5 hours late. And guess what I find in those extra rooms? More shit in the shower. Multiple rooms. Same day.
It’s beyond gross. It’s disrespectful. And it’s exhausting. Housekeeping isn’t your personal clean-up crew for whatever unhinged behavior this is.
