If you’re one of those people who always says, I don’t hike, I’m not in shape, it’s too hot, I don’t have the gear, then RFK Jr just erased all your excuses. The man is 71, it was 107°F in Phoenix, and he hiked Camelback in jeans. Not moisture-wicking shorts, not athletic wear jeans. I’m not saying it was smart it wasn’t, but you’ve got to admit it’s kind of inspiring.
If he can do that, we can all at least get off the couch and walk the nearest trail preferably with sunscreen, water, and better pants.
