There are posts circulating on Facebook suggesting that something may have happened at the Playacar Palace area.
I am feeling a bit concerned because I recently stayed there from May 5 to May 8, and I have since developed gastrointestinal illness starting around May 11.
After that stay, we also visited Moon Palace from May 8 to May 10 and Sun Palace from May 10 to May 15.
I am unsure whether there is any connection, but the timing has made me anxious about what might have occurred at the resort or in the surrounding area.
