Rented a car from National at the Puerto Rico airport for a 4 day trip. Reservation was for 3:00 pm, but I got there early.
I checked in around 1:15 pm, contract was printed at 1:30 pm, and I didn’t actually leave the garage until about 2:00 pm. The agent at the exit said the 24 hour clock starts when you leave the gate.
What’s throwing me off is the rental agreement shows a start time of 1:30 pm, but also lists the return time as 3:00 pm. So now I have three different times floating around and no idea which one actually matters.
