Flying SQ231 in business class from Singapore to Sydney with a 12:45 am departure. I’ve noticed that the standard inflight menu for this red-eye isn’t great compared to the same route at other times of day.
Does anyone know whether the Book the Cook (BTC) options are also limited or lower quality on red-eye flights, or is BTC still decent even if the regular menu is weak? Trying to figure out if I’m stuck with a mediocre meal either way.
