Since yesterday, I’ve been receiving multiple flight confirmation emails from Southwest Airlines, but each one is for a completely different passenger.
At first, I assumed it was just someone mistakenly entering my email address, but I’ve now received confirmations for about five different people across different flights in the past two days, which seems unlikely to be random.
A few important details:
These bookings do not appear in my Southwest account
My account still shows no upcoming trips
My points balance appears unchanged
This makes me think it might be some kind of system or data issue rather than individual user error.
Has anyone else experienced something similar recently?
Is this likely a glitch on the airline’s end, or should I be concerned about my account security?
