I flew Club Europe from Heathrow Terminal 3 last week and was surprised to receive a printed menu showing the available food and drink options. Whenever I travel in Club World, menus are usually provided, but on previous short haul Club Europe flights I never got one. I also did not receive one on my return flight to London.
Has British Airways recently introduced this for Club Europe, or does it depend on factors such as destination, flight length, departure terminal, or something else?
