I figured it’d be chaos, but sounds like most airports handled it fine, and a lot of travelers were actually prepared. Who knew?
That said, if you're not Real ID-ready, you're still not totally grounded just expect some extra screening fun. Honestly, it’s wild that after more than 20 years of buildup, it all went down pretty quietly.
