Saw a pretty frustrating situation at the Aer Lingus priority check-in area in Terminal 2 today.
A woman walked straight past the entire queue in the business/AerClub section, went to the counter, made a fuss, and ended up getting checked in ahead of everyone who had been waiting.
What made it worse was the couple in front of me were clearly tight on time for their flight but were still waiting patiently while staff were training at the desk.
It’s always annoying when pushy people get rewarded while everyone else waits their turn.
