Questions about Ryanair infant baggage and baby item allowance

I’m flying with Ryanair for the first time with my one-year-old and I’m trying to understand how the infant baggage rules work.

I know the policy mentions an allowance for two baby items, but I’m unsure how a stroller that folds together but separates into two pieces would be counted. I’m trying to determine whether it would be considered one item or two.

I’m also confused about the additional baby changing bag allowance. I was told that an infant can have a changing bag up to a certain weight, but I do not know whether that counts toward the baby item limit.

I contacted customer support for clarification, but the explanation I received was confusing and mentioned specific luggage types without explaining why, which did not match anything I had previously seen.
