As the title suggests, I’m trying to understand whether the additional 500 bonus points shown during the booking process are supposed to be awarded separately from the ongoing spring promotion that gives 2,500 points per night.
It has now been more than 20 days since my stay, and so far only my standard base points and the 2,500 promotional points have appeared in my account.
I’m wondering if the extra 500 points should have been credited in addition to those rewards, or if they were already included somehow.
