Looking at a Qatar Airways flight with a 16 hour layover in Doha. No shorter connection is available, and the one way fare is around £300.
I see that Qatar offers complimentary transit hotels on some fares, but not all, and I’m trying to figure out how realistic it is that I’d actually get one at that price point.
Has anyone been denied a transit hotel because their fare was cheap? Or is it more about booking class and availability rather than the ticket price itself?
Just trying to set expectations before booking.
