That would confuse the hell out of me… especially when it was a reward booking. Getting all the Avios back makes sense, but £71 cash back on something that cost that much feels way off.
Guessing it’s something to do with how taxes/fees are split on award tickets, but still… zero breakdown and just calling it “processed” is pretty frustrating.
Definitely worth calling them, feels like there has to be more to it than that
