You run a Ramadan offer and then exclude a bunch of Muslim or Arab destinations from the deal? I get that promos always have route exclusions, yield management, blackout logic, all that. But from a branding perspective it just looks awkward.
There’s probably a revenue reason behind it, like high demand routes not needing discounts. Still feels like someone in marketing didn’t think that one through.
Did they exclude the usual high traffic spots like JED or CAI?
