Got a trip booked to Thailand on March 22 with a connection through Doha. With everything going on in the region right now, starting to wonder what the best move is.
Part of me thinks it might be smarter to wait and see if the airline cancels the flight, since that would likely make getting a refund much easier. But another part of me wants to just contact Qatar now and try to cancel so we can plan something else.
My wife thinks we should wait it out. I’m leaning toward switching plans and maybe doing Tokyo instead if Thailand doesn’t work out.
Trying to decide whether waiting or acting early is the better move here.
