I just booked a one-way flight from Asia to Europe with a stopover in Doha and noticed something weird. The regular flight with a 3-hour transit costs almost double what the 4-day stopover package with a 5-star hotel does.
Even the 5-star option was only about 60 USD more than the 4-star one, and the total price is still half of the regular flight without a hotel.
Is this actually how Qatar’s stopover program works, or am I missing something? Feels too good to be true.
