Hi everyone,
I just booked my first international flight to Seoul with Qatar Airways and I’m a bit anxious since I’ve never flown on a long-haul trip before.
My ticket includes a checked baggage allowance of 2 bags up to 23 kg each plus a 7 kg cabin allowance. However, because my layover is only 1 hour and 30 minutes, I’m considering avoiding checked luggage since I’m worried about whether I’ll have enough time for transfer and baggage handling.
I’m wondering if it would be acceptable to travel only with a small carry-on suitcase and a backpack as an additional personal item.
Also, I would really appreciate any tips for handling a 10+ hour international flight comfortably, since this is my first time flying such a long distance.
