Had my Dunkin’ card set to auto reload $10 on the first of the month. Just opened the app today and realized my balance was way lower than it should’ve been, turns out the reloads haven’t actually been going through.
Only thing I can think of is I updated my billing address a while back and that must’ve caused the reloads to fail. Surprised there was no email or text alert.
Anyway, just a heads up to double check your own reloads so you don’t get caught off guard.
