I have Priority Pass through my Amex Business Platinum and tried to use it for lounge access at Ontario Airport (Aspire Lounge, Terminal 4). I always thought this came with complimentary access for me plus two guests.
When I checked, it looked like I’d need to pay around $9 per person, which surprised me. I’m not flying business or first class on this trip.
Is this lounge an exception, or am I misunderstanding how Priority Pass works with the Amex Business Platinum? Has anyone used PP at ONT recently and can confirm what’s actually free?
