Priority pass lounge access at ord terminal 5 during layover from terminal 1

i have a layover at chicago o’hare (ord) and noticed that the only priority pass lounge is located in terminal 5. my flights are arriving and departing from terminal 1.

originally i had a shorter layover, but due to a delay and rebooking, i now have about a 5 hour layover. we are scheduled to arrive before 8am.

i would like to know whether it is possible to go from terminal 1 to terminal 5 at ord in order to access the priority pass lounge, and whether there is sufficient time to do so given security and terminal transfer procedures.

any guidance on whether this is feasible, and how long the transfer typically takes, would be appreciated.
