I left my MacBook on a Frontier flight at O’Hare totally my mistake but I had an AirTag on it. The laptop never left the plane until the cleaning crew boarded. Then it went straight to an employee parking lot and later pinged inside a house in Englewood.
Filed a police report, and CPD even went to the address, but Frontier won’t tell me who actually cleans their planes at ORD. They just push me into generic customer service with no access to station ops, so I can’t give the police a clear chain of custody.
I know the laptop’s probably gone, but if anyone knows how to find the cleaning contractor at O’Hare or has dealt with something like this, I’d appreciate
