Power Outages and Flight Delays After Dust Storm Hits Phoenix Valley

I was flying through Phoenix on Monday when a huge dust storm rolled in and shut down everything Sky Harbor had a ground stop and my flight got delayed over two hours. I looked out the terminal window and it was just a wall of brown haze. Wild. Even more intense was landing and finding out that thousands around the Valley lost power because of the storm. SRP and APS were reporting outages all over some areas had over 3,000 people in the dark.

This was my first real Arizona monsoon experience and it did not disappoint. Props to the Sky Harbor crew for getting operations back up so quickly. Anyone else stuck at the airport or dealing with power outages that night? Curious how long it took for your power to come back or flights to get moving again.
