With my latest flight, I officially crossed the threshold to complete Platinum status again for this year, which should make it my 10th qualifying year.
That involved a lot of flying over the years, so it feels good knowing I may finally be done worrying about rollovers, qualification targets, and tracking status progress every year.
From what I understand, Flying Blue lifetime Platinum does not come with any hidden perks or special unpublished benefits and is basically standard Platinum status granted permanently. But I’m curious if long-time members here have any real-world datapoints or experiences.
Have any lifetime Platinum members noticed anything different over time, whether in service, recognition, flexibility, or anything else?
