I recently flew on one of Southwest’s newer 737 MAX 8 aircraft and came away pretty impressed with the experience.
The overhead bins felt noticeably larger, making it much easier to store carry-on luggage. The addition of in-seat power was also a welcome upgrade, and I really liked the small shelf that provided a convenient spot for my phone during the flight.
One of the biggest surprises was the seat design. The headrest was comfortable and didn't push my head forward like some airline seats tend to do, which made the flight much more enjoyable.
Overall, I found the cabin surprisingly comfortable and would be happy to fly on this configuration again.
