Playing videos out loud on a redeye… how is this still a thing?

I genuinely don’t understand how people think it’s okay to play videos out loud on a redeye flight. Lights off, people trying to sleep, and someone’s just blasting TikToks or YouTube like they’re at home.

Headphones exist. It’s not complicated. How is this still happening?
