I just found out Playboy is setting up its global HQ right here in Miami Beach at the new RIVANI building, and honestly, I don’t know how to feel. Part of me thinks it’s kinda wild and cool like, Miami is already flashy and creative, so this fits the vibe. That RIVANI spot near Lincoln Road already feels super upscale, and this just takes it to another level.
But at the same time, I can’t help but wonder what this means for locals. Will it bring in more jobs and cool events or just more traffic, higher rent, and out-of-reach luxury everything? I love this city, but it’s changing fast.
