I don't know how we got here, but Philly is absolutely stacked when it comes to next-level coffee spots. Between Càphê Roasters slinging Vietnamese lattes and Function Coffee Labs basically running a science lab for espresso, there’s just no excuse to drink bad coffee in this city anymore. I mean, even places like Rally are flavoring lattes with banana-walnut molasses and French onion? That’s either genius or insane... maybe both.
Honestly, we might need a Philly coffee passport at this point.
