I understand this is an airport hotel and expectations are usually lower, but my stay at the Philadelphia Airport Marriott was still disappointing.
The property feels very outdated and has not been properly renovated in years. The rooms are worn down, the furniture looks old, and the beds were uncomfortable.
The M Club was also underwhelming. It is located inside a restaurant area in the lobby with no proper access control, and I had to repeatedly prove my status using the Marriott Bonvoy app even after showing my key card.
Food offerings were very limited, with only one pasta dish and basic snacks available, and the overall cleanliness and service quality were not great.
It is acceptable for a very short airport stay, but overall the experience does not match the price being charged.
