I have an upcoming cruise on the Regal Princess and recently received an invitation to place an upgrade bid. I’ve already booked a penthouse suite, but the offer is to upgrade to an aft-facing penthouse suite.
I’m still relatively new to cruising, and the suite I selected is similar to one I stayed in on the Enchanted Princess, which I really enjoyed because of its location. I’m trying to understand what the actual differences are between a standard penthouse suite and an aft-facing penthouse suite, and whether the upgrade is worth considering.
