Booked a Pegasus flight through Trip.com that was supposed to leave at 10:15am. Got to the airport around 8 and the counter told me my flight had already left... at 3:35am. I never got any notice about the change.
Trip.com’s system still showed the 10:15am flight until after I told them what happened, then it suddenly updated to 3:35am. They couldn’t reach Pegasus to rebook me, so I had to buy another ticket on a different airline for 3x the price.
Anyone know if there’s any realistic way to get money back in a situation like this?
