I booked a Star Air ticket on 23 April 2026 from Goa to Bangalore through Paytm. The airline later cancelled the flight on 29 April and informed me that a full refund would be processed back to Paytm, and they also confirmed around 10 days ago that the refund had already been sent.
However, I am still unable to get my money back from Paytm. I raised a support ticket nearly 20 days ago with all relevant details and proof, but I have not received any proper response.
I have also tried reaching out through X and Instagram, where I only received one reply a week ago saying they are looking into it, but there has been no update since then.
What are my options at this point to escalate and recover the refund?
I have attached screenshots of all communication and proof of cancellation and refund confirmation.
