On Lufthansa flight VL2478 from Munich to London Heathrow on March 8, a black Dell laptop backpack disappeared from the overhead bin near seat 31C after landing. It looks like someone may have taken the wrong bag by mistake.
The bag contained a Dell laptop with company documents and a brand new iPhone 17 Pro Max (silver, 512GB).
There was a tight connection to BA257 to Delhi, so there wasn’t time to file a report at Heathrow. A report has already been filed with Lufthansa and Heathrow lost property.
If anyone happened to be on that flight and picked up the wrong black Dell backpack, the goal is simply to get the bag back.
